Knowledgeable, cross-trained and highly experienced Laser Machine operators and Stencil assembly staff can efficiently produce all the variations of stencils our engineering can design. With SEVEN (7) LASER MACHINES at hand all daily stencil orders are produced same day, and you receive the stencils next business day. All apertures are made with tapered walls and fine pitch apertures are ELECTRO POLISHED for even better paste release.

We can process 1 to 30 mil (25.4 to 762 microns) thick stainless steel material with apertures as small as 5 mil (127 micron) wide. Stencils may be solder paste, epoxy, SMT with through holes and multi-level (step up/step down).
