I Source has been manufacturing SMT Stencils since 1991, and now has added the capabilities to provide to its customers Pallets, Carriers and Fixtures with same quality and timely service as with the SMT Stencils.

In order to effectively provide this service the work stations were upgraded with CAD/CAM and CNC programming software. This enables the engineers to design the Stencils and the Carriers simultaneously. The actual fabrication is also carried out in-house on the CNC Vertical Milling Center which is supported with a complete machine shop.

To further improve customer support capabilities I-Source has acquired three more Lumonics Laser Machines, one Model 1000 and two Model 2000. This makes a total of seven (7) laser machines at its Irvine, California manufacturing facility. In addition the Model 2000 machines can cut up to 0.030” thick metals with high precision.

  I-Source Technical Services, Inc. a SMT Stencil Provider announces its fourth laser machine installation in their Irvine, California corporate headquarters.

  Another milestone was achieved at I-Source Technical Services, Inc..
  They have happily sold their 100,000th stencil since opening their doors in December, 1991.
