Knowledgeable and highly experienced CNC operators and fabricators are on staff. The manufacturing personnel are dedicated, cross-trained masters in their trade produce high quality products.

The machinery used in the fabrication process are Laser Machines, Vertical CNC and Turning Tooling Centers. Precision and effectiveness are paramount.

Materials used for Pallets, Carriers and Fixtures:

• FR-4, G-10, G-11 epoxy 

• Durostone, Durapol

• CDM Delmat and Glastic

• Aluminum, Stainless Steel and others

Some of the composite materials are ESD dissipative.
We will match material specifications to customer requirements.

Since our engineers design simultaneously the Stencils, Pallets/Carriers and Fixtures you can be confident that both will match the first time you use them.

Design, Verification, Programming, Manufacturing, Inspection are all done INHOUSE.
