Our company was formed in 1991 and based in Southern California. We are a local, national and international supplier of SMT Stencils, Carriers, Fixtures, BGA rework tools and Inspection Templates to the electronic assembly industry. With our high speed and accurate design and manufacturing capabilities we produce the SMT Stencils same day. The order is received and shipped overnight for next day delivery through out USA and abroad.

The strength of the company lies in the management’s commitment to customer support, production of high quality products and timely customer service. All engineering and manufacturing operations and processes are performed within our company premises.

At the beginning we were using films and photo-chemical processes in the manufacture of the stencils. In 1996 we added Laser Cutting of stencil apertures and enhanced the Electro-polishing process. The use of the laser machines proved to be a more accurate and predictable way of making stencil apertures which resulted in more uniform solder paste volume deposition on to the printed circuit board. Consequently the PC Board assembly companies achieved higher yields (less rework) in their SMT assembly operations. By the year 1999 we had four laser machines and completely phased out the photo-chemical processes. In 2001 we added three more laser machines, and now have a total of seven on line.

With the additional laser machines we have also enhanced our capabilities to cut from 0.015” to 0.030” thick Stainless Steel. In the same year we brought in-house all the CNC operations for designing, programming and manufacturing the Pallets/Carriers, Fixtures and BGA Re-balling tools.

The goal is to provide a Single Source for Stencils, Carriers, Fixtures and related products to our customers in the electronic assembly industry.
